We provide comprehensive reverse logistics services for CTDI (Communications Test Design India Private Limited) across India, supporting the retrieval and management of AT&T-owned assets. Our scope includes the pickup of equipment such as Cisco routers, modems, cables, and, at times, bulk materials like laptops and racks from various client locations after the completion of their service lifecycle or contractual timelines.
Our team ensures efficient segregation, tracking, and documentation of collected assets, enabling accurate inventory reconciliation. Based on client requirements, materials are either returned to CTDI warehouses or routed to pre-approved IT e-waste vendors for compliant disposal.
